also be used when property has been damaged,
lost or destroyed. Annotation will be made on
the form indicating the cause of the present con-
dition, and substantiating documents, including
custody receipts, will be attached to the form.
An annual inventory of all nonexpendable prop-
erty will reconducted usually in the last month
of the fiscal year.
The chapel fund administrator must ensure
that nonexpendable property and equipment
purchased by the CRP chapel fund is accounted
for separately from appropriated fund pur-
chases. Those nonexpendable items purchased
through an operating target (OPTAR) allocation
which was explained in Chapter 3 are not to be
included with nonexpendable items purchased
with nonappropriated chapel funds.
