respondence will be used at various times in this
chapter. Official correspondence is defined in OP-
NAVINST 3120.32 as all written material,
documents, publications, charts, messages, and so
forth, addressed to or sent from the command.
UNITED STATES NAVY
Descriptions of authorized U.S. Navy uniforms
and the proper manner for their wear are
Regulations (NAVPERS 15665). This manual is
issued by direction of the Chief of Naval Opera-
tions and is the sole source for describing U.S.
Navy uniforms. It consists of the following five
